Twelve years in public education governance shaped this focus: implementing statutory frameworks, building audit-ready systems, navigating compliance. Education Background

FOUNDATION

Twelve years in Victorian public education governance: classroom teacher to Learning Specialist and acting Assistant Principal.

Implemented OHS Act 2004 (Vic) and Disability Standards for Education 2005 (Cth). Built audit-ready systems. This shaped my focus on administrative process and discretion.
